Returns & Refunds Policy

Timeless Society

At Timeless Society, we take pride in the quality of our apparel. If something isn’t quite right, this policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and applicable international regulations.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in its original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label (where applicable)

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

❗ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change-of-Mind Returns

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Applies to full-priced items only

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably practicable so we can resolve the issue.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure

  • Repair or replacement if the item is not of acceptable quality and the issue is not major

  • Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Timeless Society will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items (unless faulty or not meeting consumer guarantees)

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to:

  1. Return the original item (subject to approval), and

  2. Place a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted

Where stock allows, we offer one complimentary exchange for size or colour on full-priced items.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have all tags attached

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

This is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under local consumer laws.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund
