SHIPPING POLICY

Timeless Society

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to the shipping and delivery of products purchased from Timeless Society (ABN 76 507 932 876). This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Timeless Society operates from New South Wales, Australia, and dispatches orders both domestically and internationally.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment, excluding public holidays and peak sale periods.

Order processing times are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of dispatch within a specified timeframe.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

We offer shipping throughout Australia using reputable third-party carriers.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia generally range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location, carrier services, and external factors such as weather or carrier congestion.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to selected international destinations. International delivery timeframes vary by destination and may range from 7–21 business days or longer.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless expressly stated otherwise.

Timeless Society has no control over customs processing times and cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

Timeless Society is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or external events.

RISK, TITLE AND LOSS

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, risk of loss passes to the customer once the goods are delivered to the shipping carrier. Title to the goods passes upon dispatch unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods lost or damaged in transit.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for redelivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Timeless Society shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or carrier disruptions.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law

  • You are responsible for compliance with local import laws for international orders
